Chris has over 10 years’ experience specialising in commercial, civil and property litigation, including landlord and tenant matters, commercial disputes, building and construction disputes and debt recovery. He is regularly instructed in relation to debt recovery for a wide range of commercial clients, and by landlords in relation to recovering possession of their properties. Chris also has experience of dealing with claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Families and Dependants) Act 1975 and other contentious probate matters. He conducts litigation at County Court and the High Court. Chris is a strong advocate of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
Out of work Chris enjoys cycling and supporting Chelsea FC.
